Job Summary

Plan and design electrical systems for buildings including power distribution, lighting, and safety systems.

Key Responsibilities

System Design & Calculation: Execute precise electrical load calculations and design robust electrical systems tailored for complex building infrastructures.

Documentation & Planning: Prepare comprehensive Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), spatial layouts, and detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQs).

Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the technical bridge between external consultants, vendors, and internal site implementation teams.

Compliance & Review: Meticulously review vendor drawings to ensure strict alignment with project requirements, Indian Standards (IS), and International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) standards.

On-Site Support: Oversee and support the final testing and commissioning phases of electrical installations.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

Core Technical Expertise: Mastery over building electrical systems, large-scale power distribution, and architectural lighting design.

Sourcing & Estimation: Proven track record in BOQ preparation and cost estimation.

Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of relevant IEC and IS standards governing building electrical designs.

Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with multi-tiered project stakeholders.

Required Qualification

Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering (B.Tech EEE or BE EEE)
