Senior Full Stack AI Engineer (AI-Native SaaS)

About the role

Join Alignity Solutions to lead the development and scaling of AI-BOS, a reusable AI platform powering multiple AI-native SaaS products, as a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop reusable backend services using Node.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
• Build core platform components like Workflow Engine, Analysis Engine, and Provider Adapter Layer.
• Develop agentic AI workflows integrating OpenAI and other AI frameworks and third-party APIs.
• Lead and mentor a team of 2–5 engineers, ensuring architecture, security, performance, and engineering best practices.
• Drive automation workflows, scalable APIs, and DevOps pipelines to accelerate product delivery.

Required skills and experience

• 7+ years of full stack engineering experience with strong expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, REST APIs, and PostgreSQL.
• Proven experience leading small engineering teams and mentoring junior developers.
• Solid DevOps skills including Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or DigitalOcean.
• Hands-on experience integrating agentic AI workflows and large language models using tools like Cursor, Claude, Codex, and OpenClaw.
• Startup mindset with strong ownership, initiative, and effective communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools and platforms such as Lovable, n8n, LangGraph, MCP, and Vector databases.
• Familiarity with browser automation and testing tools like Playwright or Puppeteer.
• Exposure to AI content generation tools like ElevenLabs and HeyGen.
