Job Description
As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you'll work across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and scalable systems. This is not a role where you simply execute tickets., You'll be expected to: Think independently, Solve hard engineering problems. Build scalable systems, Own features end-to-end. Move fast with high responsibility. You'll work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to create systems used by real people globally.

- Build scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js (Express/NestJS).
- Develop responsive web and mobile applications using React and React Native.
- Design and implement clean, scalable architectures.
- Own features end-to-end: design, development, deployment.
- Work on performance optimization, caching, async processing, and scalability.
- Build and maintain microservices and event-driven systems.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve platform reliability.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD, deployments, and automation.
- Write high-quality, maintainable, production-grade code.
- Continuously improve engineering standards and development workflows.
- 4-6 years of backend engineering experience.
- 3+ years with React and/or React Native.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and preferably TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of scalable backend systems and APIs.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Strong understanding of caching systems like Redis.
- Experience with messaging systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS.
- Familiarity with AWS, Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
- High ownership mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
