Position Purpose

Oversees functional, process, or solution areas in the project, ensuring end-to-end process ownership. Within area of responsibility responsible for identifying the impacts and requirements for the business processes to support the organization’s vision within the system, and for verifying that the project team is meeting the business objectives. Supports key change initiatives within respective CoE and acts as CoE decision-maker on change request evaluation (both related to BAU and STEP change requests). Drives change management and training efforts within respective CoEs. Works closely with STEP Implementation Partners to ensure successful design, build and deployment of CoE scope of work. Work closely with BAU organization to ensure seamless cutover from existing BAU tenant to STEP tenant enabling SAP HR Core decommissioning and stable business continuity.

Your Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Deliver end-to-end processes and solutions that meet business requirements approved during Design and refined during Program Increments. Lead the configuration and build phase for their respective scope areas.
  • Support local and global change management and training efforts for respective CoEs (e.g., deliver change impact assessment; identify training needs and ensure delivery). Work across STEP workstreams for areas involving CoE scope of responsibility (both within P&O workstream and across other STEP workstreams, e.g., Finance, Procurement etc.)
  • Work with Business Process Owners, Solution Architects, and Functional SMEs to confirm delivery of required cross-process integration.
  • Coordinate with legacy Technology resources on development and testing of required legacy system remediation and integration with the solution
  • Assist with Testing, Data Conversion, and Business Simulation planning and execution for their respective scope areas
  • Assist with the planning and execution of integrated deployment activities for their respective scope areas.
  • Manage Deliverable quality and timeliness. Work with other teams to finalize deliverables. Provide process governance, end-to-end business process experience. Approve end-to-end solution packages after pre-integration tests . Approve end-to-end test scenario and case scope . Determine readiness of end-to-end processes for cutover . Serve hyper-care team if any major cross-process impediments arise
  • Key performance indicators: Quality and completeness of end-to-end process and integration scenarios. Time taken to resolve major cross-process impediments during hyper care. Achievement rate of milestones across project phases (design, build, delivery). Percentage of business requirements met by the delivered solutions. Percentage of successful cross-process integrations confirmed by Business Process Owners, Solution Architects, and Functional leads. Percentage of end-to-end test scenarios and cases that are comprehensive and meet quality standards. Percentage of successful integrations covering business archetype variants. Average time taken to resolve integration issues. Percentage of scope areas covered by testing. Number of successful business simulations conducted. Degree of adherence to process governance standards. Effectiveness of consulting provided, measured by feedback from stakeholders.

Essential Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • A Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of HRIS/HR Transformation experience, including 5+ years in Workday or enterprise HCM implementations, leading end-to-end process ownership, integration, testing, deployment, and change management activities in a global environment, would be considered the ideal minimum fit for this role.
  • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and process governance.
  • Strong knowledge of business process integration across HR, Finance, Procurement, and related functions.
  • Experience in testing, deployment, data migration, change management, and hyper-care support.
