Senior Graphic Designer

Primary Role

The Senior Graphic Designer is a hands-on, technical execution role responsible for producing high-quality graphic deliverables across print and digital platforms. This position operates in high-volume production environments and requires a highly organized, autonomous, and reliable professional with strong attention to detail.

This role is intended for an experienced designer with strong technical mastery, autonomy in execution, and the ability to manage complex production requirements while working efficiently within established brand guidelines and creative direction.

The role does not include people management or ownership of creative strategy. Creative direction, brand oversight, and prioritization remain under the responsibility of the marketing and communications leadership

Key Responsibilities

• Produce graphic assets for print and digital use
• Execute adaptations and variations efficiently across formats and platforms
• Apply strong knowledge of typography, layout, color management, and production constraints
• Ensure technical accuracy of files for print and digital production
• Prepare final production files (prepress, exports, formats, resolutions)
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality, compliance, and brand requirements
• Flag technical or production risks that could impact timelines or quality
• Execute creative concepts and directions provided by marketing leadership
• Translate briefs into clear, accurate, and production-ready designs
• Apply established brand guidelines and visual standards consistently
• Manage multiple deliverables simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements
• Contribute constructively to project discussions from a technical and execution standpoint
  
  

Ideal Profile

• Degree in graphic design or equivalent
• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design with a strong execution focus
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
• Solid understanding of print production, prepress, and digital asset preparation
• Experience with video production or photography is an asset
• Highly organized, autonomous, and reliable in high-volume production environments
• Detail-oriented, technically rigorous, and able to work under pressure
• Strong execution mindset with the ability to follow creative direction precisely
