• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Provide counselling on policies and procedures
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
• Create and implement effective on boarding plans
• Develop training and development programs
• Assist in performance management processes
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
• Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
• New Employees Joining Formalities
• Maintain all the Attendance Records (Daily)
• Maintain the Wages Books (Monthly)
• Leave Application Summary – Staffs
• Labour Costing Sheet
• Payment Challan of ESIC, PF & PT
• Payment Challan of Labour Welfare Fund
• Maintain the Bonus Register – Plant
• Maintain all the Governments Licenses & CLRA
• ISO Documentation (6.2.01 To 6.4.08)
• Mobile Policy (Observed Daily)
• Timings Policy (Observed Daily)
• Worker’s Target Monitoring (Fortnightly)
• Handling of labour contractors

Proven ability to lead and manage a diverse workforce of approximately 300 workers. This is a senior-level position reporting directly to the General Manager – Operations.

Transport facilities available from Vatva to Kheda

Note: Immediate joiners or candidates available to join at short notice will be given preference.

Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near Vastral, Maninagar, Vatva, and Nadiad.

Mandatory: Candidates must have prior experience in a manufacturing environment, with responsibility for managing large teams of factory workers, staff, and labour contractors.

• ₹50,000 – ₹75,000 per month. We're open to offering more for the right candidate.
