- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Provide counselling on policies and procedures
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Create and implement effective on boarding plans
- Develop training and development programs
- Assist in performance management processes
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
- New Employees Joining Formalities
- Maintain all the Attendance Records (Daily)
- Maintain the Wages Books (Monthly)
- Leave Application Summary – Staffs
- Labour Costing Sheet
- Payment Challan of ESIC, PF & PT
- Payment Challan of Labour Welfare Fund
- Maintain the Bonus Register – Plant
- Maintain all the Governments Licenses & CLRA
- ISO Documentation (6.2.01 To 6.4.08)
- Mobile Policy (Observed Daily)
- Timings Policy (Observed Daily)
- Worker’s Target Monitoring (Fortnightly)
- Handling of labour contractors
Proven ability to lead and manage a diverse workforce of approximately 300 workers. This is a senior-level position reporting directly to the General Manager – Operations.
Transport facilities available from Vatva to Kheda
Note: Immediate joiners or candidates available to join at short notice will be given preference.
Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near Vastral, Maninagar, Vatva, and Nadiad.
Mandatory: Candidates must have prior experience in a manufacturing environment, with responsibility for managing large teams of factory workers, staff, and labour contractors.
- ₹50,000 – ₹75,000 per month. We're open to offering more for the right candidate.
