Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and structured Senior HR Manager who can oversee HR team members while managing senior-level HR responsibilities, including statutory compliance and leadership reporting.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management
- Oversee performance management and employee appraisal systems
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and HR operations
- Lead training, learning, and development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
- Support organizational growth and workforce planning
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–10+ years of HR experience, preferably in a managerial role
