Job Summary:

 We are seeking a proactive and structured Senior HR Manager who can oversee HR team members while managing senior-level HR responsibilities, including statutory compliance and leadership reporting. 


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management
  • Oversee performance management and employee appraisal systems
  • Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and HR operations
  • Lead training, learning, and development programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
  • Support organizational growth and workforce planning
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5–10+ years of HR experience, preferably in a managerial role
