Senior Interior Designer

Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead end-to-end design projects, from concept development to final execution, for a variety of interior spaces. Responsibilities include meeting with clients, understanding requirements, preparing design concepts and mood boards, and developing detailed space plans and layouts. The role involves coordinating construction drawings, managing FF&E selections, working with architects, contractors, and vendors, and overseeing site execution to ensure design intent and quality standards are met. The Senior Interior Designer will mentor junior team members, contribute to design reviews, and support project timelines and budgets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur.
Qualifications

• Strong Interior Design and FF&E skills, including concept development, material selection, and furniture, fixtures, and equipment specification.
• Proficiency in Space Planning and Architecture fundamentals to create functional, code-compliant layouts.
• Experience preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings and detailing for interior projects.
• Advanced skills in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in interior design with responsibility for leading projects and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication, client management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and oversee on-site execution in Jaipur.
