Senior Lead Recruiter

**This is a full-time opportunity based in Dubai. As we continue to build a world-class Talent Acquisition team, we are keen to connect with outstanding recruitment professionals based in India who are excited about relocating to the UAE.

To meet top talent, DAMAC's senior leadership team will be visiting India in July to conduct face-to-face interviews with shortlisted candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions and seniority levels.
• Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.
• Develop and execute proactive talent sourcing strategies for niche and leadership hiring.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through market mapping and networking.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter within a leading executive search or recruitment agency experience only.
• Strong track record of successfully delivering complex and high-volume recruitment assignments.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic, growth-oriented business.
