Role Description
The Senior Manager Sales Business Development will lead strategic business initiatives, drive sales efforts, and establish new partnerships to accelerate company growth. Responsibilities include developing and executing business strategies, maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and leading negotiations. This is a full-time remote role requiring strong leadership, collaboration, and sales acumen to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Business Planning expertise to design strategies and analyze market trends.
- Exceptional Communication skills to build relationships and convey value propositions effectively.
- Proven ability in Customer Service and maintaining client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Sales Operations experience, including managing pipelines, increasing revenue, and achieving sales targets.
- Effective leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and inspiring team performance.
- A results-driven mindset with problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Prior experience in edtech or knowledge of the AI/tech industry is an advantage.
