Pulsecue Insurance Broking Private Limited, a fast-growing and dynamic Insurance Broking company, is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Senior Manager – Tele Sales to build and lead our Health & Life Insurance Tele Sales vertical.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the Founding Team and play a key role in building a high-performance sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and lead the Tele Sales division for Health & Life Insurance products
Build, train, and develop a high-performing telesales team
Drive revenue generation and business growth through tele-sales channels
Create and manage customer databases for lead generation and calling activities
Monitor sales performance, productivity, and conversion metrics
Develop sales strategies, scripts, and engagement models
Ensure strong customer relationship management and quality service delivery
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience in handling Tele Sales teams within Insurance / Financial Services
Strong expertise in Health & Life Insurance sales
Experience in team building, training, and people development
Passionate about building an organization from the ground up
High-energy, target-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset
