Role Description

We are seeking a driven and strategic Senior Media Buyer for a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon. The Senior Media Buyer will be responsible for overseeing media planning and buying initiatives, creating and executing effective media strategies, conducting market research, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns to meet client objectives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and maintaining strong relationships with media vendors will be a key part of this role, ensuring successful campaign delivery that aligns with client goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Media Planning, Media Buying, and Media Strategy
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating campaign performance and optimizing media spend
• Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external vendors
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective media strategies based on client goals
• In-depth understanding of media channels, platforms, and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in media buying, planning, or related roles
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, on-site team environment
