Senior .NET Developer / Technical Lead

At Cosmasol, we're building AI-powered software for plastic surgery and aesthetic practices in the U.S. We're looking for a Senior .NET Developer / Technical Lead who is passionate about building scalable cloud applications and wants to play a key role in shaping a fast-growing AI SaaS platform.

• Design and develop scalable applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and Azure
• Lead and mentor a team of developers
• Translate business and customer requirements into technical solutions
• Drive system architecture, code quality, and engineering best practices
• Collaborate with product, QA, and founders to deliver high-quality software
• Build and integrate AI-powered capabilities into our platform

• 5–7 years of software development experience
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Azure, SQL, and REST APIs
• Good understanding of cloud architecture and scalable application design
• Experience leading developers and coordinating technical delivery
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exposure to AI, Azure AI, OpenAI, or LLM-based applications is an advantage

• Build products used by plastic surgery and aesthetic clinics across the U.S.
• Work directly with the founders and influence product and technical decisions.
