Role Description The Senior Officer will play a key role in managing client relationships, understanding financial needs, and recommending suitable products and services. This full-time remote position involves reviewing loan applications, coordinating documentation, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines. The Senior Officer will support advisory activities in areas such as business finance, investments, and taxation, while maintaining accurate records and reports for management review. The role also includes collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, monitoring portfolio performance, resolving client issues, and contributing to process improvements and service quality.
Qualifications

  • Strong skills in financial analysis, loan assessment, and understanding of products such as home loans, business loans, and loan against property.
  • Experience with investment products, including mutual funds and fixed deposits, and the ability to explain benefits and risks to clients.
  • Knowledge of commercial, legal, and taxation aspects related to financial services, including direct and indirect tax considerations.
  • Proficiency in client relationship management, consultation, and communication, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Solid organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and compliance.
  • Comfort with remote work tools, basic computer applications, and maintaining productivity in a virtual environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
  • Prior experience in financial services, consulting, or banking in a client-facing or advisory role is highly desirable.
