Senior Operations Manager

Job Overview

The successful candidate will manage the watch assembly planning, manpower, component readiness, production targets, quality control, testing, defect reduction, rework and final product approval processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee quality control, testing, defect reduction, rework and final product approval.
• Manage packaging, dispatch, warehouse accuracy and fulfilment timelines.
• Coordinate domestic and international logistics, courier partners, RTOs and delivery exceptions.
• Build and maintain SOPs, dashboards and operational controls across departments.
• Manage the CRM/customer-support team, including escalations, refunds, replacements and response timelines.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturing partners and internal teams for product launches.
• Track operational KPIs and report directly to the founder.
