Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, and LinkedIn Ads
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring performance targets like CPA, CPL, and ROAS are achieved
- Act as a key point of contact for clients—present campaign performance, insights, and growth strategies
- Develop data-driven marketing strategies tailored to different industries (e-commerce, edtech, fintech, etc.)
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and reporting dashboards
- Optimize budgets and bids to maximize ROI across channels
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, SEO) to ensure integrated campaign delivery
- Mentor junior team members and review their work for quality and accuracy
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing (agency experience preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications from Google Skillshop or Meta Blueprint
- Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
- Understanding of SEO, CRO, and full-funnel marketing
