Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring performance targets like CPA, CPL, and ROAS are achieved
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients—present campaign performance, insights, and growth strategies
  • Develop data-driven marketing strategies tailored to different industries (e-commerce, edtech, fintech, etc.)
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and reporting dashboards
  • Optimize budgets and bids to maximize ROI across channels
  • Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, SEO) to ensure integrated campaign delivery
  • Mentor junior team members and review their work for quality and accuracy
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing (agency experience preferred)
  • Strong hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications from Google Skillshop or Meta Blueprint
  • Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
  • Understanding of SEO, CRO, and full-funnel marketing
