Work Timing : 10:00 AM - 06:30 PM ( Two Saturday Off)

Reporting To : Lead Engineer

Job Purpose

We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior PHP Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in PHP application development. The ideal candidate is passionate about building scalable, high-performance web applications and possesses strong problem-solving skills. As a key member of the Development Team, you will contribute to designing, developing, testing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications while collaborating closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and fellow developers.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on complex business solutions, enhance technical expertise, and contribute to the development of innovative products.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to understand functional and technical needs.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust PHP-based web applications.
• Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices.
• Develop and optimize database structures, queries, and stored procedures in MySQL.
• Participate in application architecture discussions, technical design, and solution implementation.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Review code, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to maintaining code quality.
• Support deployment activities and resolve production issues when required.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
  
  

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Core PHP and MySQL.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Experience working with MVC architecture.
• Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Experience in designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and Web 2.0 technologies.
• Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
