Job Description

Responsibilities

Own and scale a core product line end-to-end from discovery to delivery and beyond.
Partner with engineering, design, and clinical teams to translate customer workflows into intuitive, high-performing SaaS products.
Drive product strategy and roadmap decisions backed by data, insights, and clear business logic.
Define and track key success metrics, adoption, efficiency, retention, and customer ROI and use them to guide iterations.
Bring analytical and structured thinking to every decision, framing problems clearly, prioritizing trade-offs, and influencing across teams.
Collaborate with GTM and leadership on pricing, packaging, and customer feedback loops.
Represent the customer internally, ensuring every product choice ties back to real user value and measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
Proven track record of building or scaling data-driven, workflow-heavy products.
Strong analytical skills, ability to break down complex, multivariable problems into structured, logical solutions.
Deep understanding of prioritization, trade-offs, and stakeholder management in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
A builder's mindset, comfortable taking ideas from 01 and scaling them systematically.

Nice To Have

Experience working through different stages of the product lifecycle (discovery, execution, launch, post-launch).
Stronger analytical skills and ability to handle complex trade-offs.
Experience managing multiple stakeholders.
Leadership potential and ownership mindset.
Prior experience working in AI-driven or data-centric product companies.
