75WAY Technologies is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver Web Development, Mobile Application, and AI/ML projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical understanding, project management expertise, and leadership skills to ensure successful project execution while helping teams overcome technical and operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Web, Mobile App, and AI/ML projects.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospective meetings.
• Assist team members in resolving technical and project-related challenges.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Communicate project status, risks, and updates to clients and management.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and team productivity.
