Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior AI & Python Engineer to lead the development of scalable AI solutions and backend systems. The ideal candidate has strong experience in Python development, machine learning, generative AI, cloud platforms, and production-grade software engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Machine Learning

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models.
• Build and optimize Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Develop AI-powered agents, chatbots, recommendation systems, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and monitor AI models for performance and reliability.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector search solutions.

Python Development

• Design and develop scalable backend services using Python.
• Build RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Optimize application performance and database interactions.
• Integrate third-party APIs and cloud services.

Data Engineering

• Design data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and storage.
• Work with structured and unstructured data sources.
• Implement ETL/ELT workflows.
• Ensure data quality, security, and governance standards.

Cloud & DevOps

• Deploy AI applications on cloud platforms.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
• Manage containerized applications and orchestration platforms.
• Monitor production systems and troubleshoot issues.

Required QualificationsTechnical Skills

• 5+ years of professional Python development experience.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Python frameworks such as:

• Experience with machine learning libraries:

• Experience with Generative AI and LLM frameworks:
