We’re looking for a Quality Engineer to own end‑to‑end quality strategy and execution across features or systems, from requirements through release. You will balance strong manual testing with robust Java‑based automation, ensuring coverage, reliability, and production readiness while partnering closely with engineering and product teams.

This role is ideal for someone comfortable operating with autonomy, shaping test approaches, and driving quality outcomes without heavy process or bureaucracy. We’re specifically looking for a QE with strong automation and Java programming skills, who can define what to test, how to test it, and where automation adds the most value.

Your Impact

• Own end‑to‑end test strategy for assigned features from definition through release
• Design and execute a balanced mix of manual and automated tests based on risk and complexity
• Build, maintain, and enhance Java‑based automation using Selenium within existing frameworks
• Translate requirements and acceptance criteria into clear, actionable test scenarios
• Identify quality risks early and partner with engineering to address them
• Track features through testing, release readiness, and post‑release validation
• Support defect triage, regression cycles, demos, and release activities
• Communicate quality status, risks, and coverage clearly to cross‑functional stakeholders

Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer in hybrid manual and automation roles
• Strong Java programming skills, including OOP concepts and collections
• Hands‑on experience with Selenium‑based test automation
• Experience performing API testing (manual and/or automated)
• Proven ability to define and execute end‑to‑end testing strategies for features or systems
• Solid understanding of QA fundamentals, test design, and defect lifecycle
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments with cross‑functional teams
• Clear communication skills for technical discussions and collaboration
