Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Build the quality backbone of an AI-native fintech platform used by multi entity groups, listed companies and PE-backed groups across the Europe. You will own test automation end to end, work directly with our Nordic engineering leadership, and shape QA practice in a small, high-impact team.

Our platform ingests data at voucher level from 10+ Nordic ERP systems into a governed ledger core with hash-chained audit trails, delivering audit-grade group consolidation, embedded Power BI reporting, and 30+ production AI agents for account mapping, analysis, and natural-language financial insight.

We are the governed data layer that group finance runs on: one verified source of financial truth across every entity, ERP, and standard. We are scaling our engineering and QA teams in Pune.

What You'll Do

• Own quality across the full SDLC: test strategy, planning, execution, and release validation
• Build and maintain scalable Playwright automation frameworks covering UI, API, and regression suites
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) and drive coverage up, manual effort down
• Perform API testing (Postman/Swagger) and validate SQL data, business logic, and ERP integration workflows
• Track defects to resolution and support release validation and production monitoring
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams across India and the Nordics
• Use AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot) as force multipliers for test design and automation

What You Bring

• 6+ years in software QA with strong manual and automation testing expertise on modern web applications
• Hands-on Playwright experience building automation frameworks and regression suites
• Solid API testing skills, strong SQL, and experience validating complex business logic in cloud applications
• Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery
• Comfort using AI-powered engineering tools to work faster and better
• Strong ownership mindset, sharp attention to detail, and clear communication with distributed teams

Bonus Points

• QA experience with ERP integrations, ETL pipelines, or financial workflows
• Performance, load, or scalability testing in SaaS environments
• Track record of using AI automation in QA process and driving quality initiatives
