Required Qualifications

• 4–6 years of overall recruitment experience with at least 3+ years in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience hiring for Industrial Products, Engineering Services, Manufacturing, Semiconductor, Automation, or related industries.
• Strong experience in sourcing and assessing technical talent.
• Hands-on experience with recruitment tools, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience hiring for niche engineering and industrial product domains.
• Strong data-driven recruitment and reporting capabilities.
• Expertise in talent mapping, market intelligence, and competitor analysis.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
