Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Recruitment Consultant based in Gurgaon. The Senior Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, developing recruitment strategies, and consulting with clients to understand their hiring needs. We are looking for experienced recruitment professionals who can independently handle senior and leadership hiring mandates across Insurance, Wealth Management, Private Banking, AMC, and Financial Services sectors.

Key Requirements:

• 4–10 years of recruitment / executive search experience
• Strong network within Insurance & Wealth Management industry
• Ability to manage end-to-end closures independently
• Experience in senior management / leadership hiring
• Strong client handling and stakeholder management skills
