Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Relationship Manager role based in New Delhi. The Senior Relationship Manager will build and manage strong relationships with home loan customers, real estate partners, and lending institutions, ensuring a seamless end-to-end loan experience. Daily responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, advising on suitable loan options, coordinating documentation, and guiding customers through approval and disbursement. The role involves close collaboration with banks and housing finance companies to negotiate terms, monitor application status, and resolve issues promptly. The Senior Relationship Manager will also track sales pipelines, achieve business targets, provide feedback to product and operations teams, and maintain high standards of service quality and compliance.
Qualifications

  • Proven experience in relationship management, preferably in home loans, mortgages, banking, NBFCs, or financial services.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding business and revenue targets.
  • Ability to understand and explain home loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements clearly to customers.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills for working with customers, channel partners, and lenders.
  • Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and data tracking to manage pipelines and report performance.
  • Strong problem-solving, follow-through, and ownership mindset in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
  • Prior experience working in or with the New Delhi real estate or housing finance ecosystem is a plus.
