Location: Remote – Hyderabad, India (Preferred)

Working Hours: Full-time, Australian Eastern Time (Melbourne)

We help Australian homeowners replace outdated gas heating and hot water systems with modern, energy-efficient reverse cycle air conditioning and heat pump hot water systems.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Consultant who has a proven track record of closing high-value sales with Australian customers.

This role is NOT suitable for freshers or entry-level salespeople.

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience
  • Proven experience selling to Australian customers
  • Proven experience closing high-ticket sales
  • Excellent spoken English with a neutral, professional accent
  • Comfortable working Australian business hours

Experience in HVAC, Air Conditioning, Heat Pumps, Solar, Home Improvements, Construction, Trades or Energy Efficiency will be highly regarded.

About the Role

This is primarily a closing role.

Our marketing team generates qualified leads through Meta Ads, Google Ads, referrals and other marketing channels.

Your responsibility is to:

  • Contact qualified leads
  • Understand customer requirements
  • Recommend suitable solutions
  • Handle objections professionally
  • Explain pricing and government rebates
  • Build trust with Australian homeowners
  • Follow up consistently
  • Close the sale
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Achieve monthly sales targets

This role is focused on converting qualified enquiries into confirmed installations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Close high-value residential sales
  • Sell Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning systems
  • Sell Heat Pump Hot Water Systems
  • Conduct phone and video consultations
  • Build rapport with Australian homeowners
  • Manage sales opportunities in Zoho Bigin CRM
  • Follow structured sales processes
  • Consistently exceed conversion targets
  • Coordinate with operations after sale confirmation
Essential Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience
  • Minimum 2 years selling to Australian customers
  • Demonstrated experience in high-ticket sales (AUD $3,000+ preferred)
  • Excellent English communication
  • Strong objection handling skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to build trust quickly
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Stable internet connection and professional work environment
