Debson Pumps is a leading pump solutions provider catering to diverse industrial sectors across Eastern India. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to strengthen our Industrial Pumps Sales Team and drive business growth across key industrial markets.




About the Role



• Develop and manage sales of centrifugal pumps and allied pumping solutions for industrial customers.

• Cover key industrial regions including Durgapur, Asansol, Raniganj, Jamuria, Kharagpur, and other strategic locations across Eastern India, Nepal, and Bhutan.

• Identify new business opportunities and establish long-term relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and end users.

• Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, and site assessments to understand application requirements.

• Prepare and submit techno-commercial quotations in line with customer specifications.

• Negotiate commercial terms, close orders, and ensure achievement of sales targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer support.

• Build and enhance Debson Pumps’ brand presence in the industrial market through professional customer engagement and solution-oriented selling.

Qualifications



Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related discipline.




Required Skills



  • 3–5 years of proven experience in industrial sales, preferably in centrifugal pumps, rotating equipment, motors, valves, or related engineering products.
  • Strong understanding of industrial applications and customer requirements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
