About the Role

We are looking for confident communicators who are comfortable speaking with people, building relationships, and guiding potential clients through a consultative sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to job seekers through LinkedIn and other professional platforms
• Initiate conversations and schedule introductory calls
• Understand candidate goals, challenges, and job search requirements
• Clearly explain Bondexis services and answer candidate questions
• Build trust and maintain professional relationships
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients
• Maintain records of conversations and daily activities
• Achieve monthly enrolment and conversion targets

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are mandatory
• Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with US-based clients
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Positive attitude, dedication, and willingness to learn
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Ability to work night shifts aligned with US business hours
