Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Executive role based in New Delhi. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets through proactive prospecting and relationship management. Daily activities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and product presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating commercial terms. The role also involves tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The Senior Sales Executive will provide regular market feedback, competitor insights, and forecasts to management, while mentoring junior team members where needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B or enterprise sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, and consultative selling.
- Ability to conduct effective client meetings, deliver impactful presentations, and negotiate contracts.
- Comfort with using CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and basic productivity software (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales cycles, pricing, and margin management.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a senior or lead sales role, preferably in a technology, industrial, or services-oriented company.
- Willingness to travel locally or regionally for client visits, meetings, and industry events as required.
