Role Summary

We are looking for a result-driven Senior Sales Executive who can take ownership of end-to-end sales of residential real estate projects—from lead generation to site visits to closure.

This role is not for order-takers. It is for closers who understand buyer psychology, handle objections, and convert serious prospects into customers.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Closures

  • Handle walk-in, digital, and channel partner leads
  • Conduct site visits and project presentations
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable configurations
  • Negotiate and close deals independently


Channel Partner Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers
  • Regular follow-ups for lead flow
  • Conduct CP meets and engagement activities


Customer Handling

  • Build trust with clients through professional communication
  • Handle objections, pricing discussions, and comparisons
  • Ensure smooth booking process and documentation


Sales Process Discipline

  • Maintain daily reporting (leads, visits, conversions)
  • Follow structured sales funnel approach
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets


Required Skills

✔ Strong closing ability (must)

✔ Excellent communication & negotiation skills

✔ Understanding of real estate sales cycle

✔ Ability to handle HNI and mid-segment clients

✔ Follow-up discipline and persistence

✔ Basic CRM / Excel knowledge


Experience Required

  • 4 to 8 years in real estate sales (residential projects preferred)
  • Proven track record of closures


Preferred Profile

  • Experience in ready-to-move + under-construction inventory
  • Strong broker network in Raipur
  • Worked with reputed developers


Compensation Structure

  • Fixed Salary + High Incentives (linked to closures)
