Role Description The Senior Sales Executive will manage end-to-end sales activities for synthetic sports surface projects, focusing on business development, client relationship management, and revenue growth. This full-time, on-site role is based in Kozhikode and involves identifying new opportunities, qualifying leads, and presenting solutions to prospective clients such as schools, clubs, architects, and government bodies. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with project and technical teams to ensure accurate specifications and smooth execution. The Senior Sales Executive will also maintain a sales pipeline, achieve assigned targets, provide regular reporting to leadership, and represent the company at meetings, site visits, and industry events.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction, infrastructure, sports facilities, or related industries.
  • Strong skills in lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to understand technical aspects of synthetic sports surfaces and translate them into clear value propositions for clients.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and relevant regional languages.
  • Solid organizational and planning abilities, including CRM usage, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting.
  • Comfort with on-site client visits, travel as needed within the region, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in a senior or supervisory sales role and readiness to mentor junior sales team members.
