Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive based in Kota, The Sales Executive will be responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting the Bank’s loan and deposit And Casa products, and meeting assigned sales and revenue targets in the local market. Daily activities include generating leads, conducting customer visits, explaining product features and eligibility, assisting with documentation, and coordinating with branch and operations teams to ensure timely processing. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high service quality, and supporting digital adoption by guiding customers in using online and mobile banking channels. The Sales Executive will adhere to regulatory and internal compliance guidelines while representing the Bank’s values in all interactions.
Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and target achievement.
  • Customer relationship management abilities, with a focus on service quality, retention, and local market engagement.
  • Basic financial and banking knowledge, especially in retail loans, microfinance, and deposit products.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and applications, including mobile and internet banking platforms, MS Office, and CRM systems.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills in English and local language, with confident presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, manage field visits in and around Kota, and adapt to a hybrid work environment.
  • Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; relevant sales or banking experience is preferred.
  • High level of integrity, adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards, and a strong customer-centric mindset.
