SENIOR SALES MANAGER

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kozhikode for a Senior Sales Manager. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing sales strategies to achieve targets, identifying potential business opportunities, and building strong client relationships. The role also includes preparing and analyzing sales reports, overseeing market and competitor analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.

• Proven skills in Sales Management, Business Development, and Key Account Management
• Knowledge of Market Analysis, Competitor Mapping, and Strategic Planning
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Leadership skills
• Ability to analyze data, generate detailed sales reports, and track performance metrics
• Familiarity with the Electrical, Mechanical, and Solar products and services market is highly desirable
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales analysis software
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in a leadership role within a similar industry is a strong advantage
