Role Description: The Senior Salesforce Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing the Salesforce.com environment, including user administration, security settings, workflows, validation rules, and customization of objects and fields. Day-to-day tasks include creating and maintaining dashboards and reports, troubleshooting system issues, supporting end users, and ensuring data integrity and quality. The Senior Salesforce Administrator collaborates with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions, and support ongoing enhancements and integrations. This role also involves documenting system changes, supporting training efforts, and aligning Salesforce configurations with organizational processes and compliance standards.


Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Salesforce.com Administration skills, including user management, configuration, and maintenance of standard and custom objects.
  • Candidates should possess expertise in Validation Rules and related automation tools to ensure data accuracy and consistent business processes.
  • Candidates should possess the ability to design and maintain Dashboards and reports to provide clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Salesforce Functional & Technical knowledge with over 5 + Years of relevant experience in Salesforce.
  • Experience in implementing and running data governance initiatives is necessary.
  • Salesforce certifications - ADM 201 (required), App Builder (required), Sales Cloud Consultant (required).
  • Experience in Salesforce administration, Data Migration, Integration (Supporting / debugging existing) Integration.
  • Excellent Communication (Written & Verbal) Skills.
  • Should be able to do configuration and development skills using Apex / VF/ SF Lightning.
  • Should be able to fix the Bugs and able to enhance the functionality using Apex, SF Lightning.
  • Should have good working knowledge of CI/CD/SFDX.
  • Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret business requirements, analyze data, and propose effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, support end users, and document system changes clearly.
  • Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification (or equivalent experience) is highly beneficial.
  • Experience in integrating Salesforce with other business systems and working in a multi-organizational or global environment is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ability to work on-site in Noida and partner closely with local and global teams in a fast-paced environment.
