Senior Software Engineer - EIS V12

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team and take ownership of the design, development, enhancement and support of the EIS PolicyCore v12 platform. This role focuses on policy administration functionality, business services, integrations, application events, batch processing and core insurance workflows, extending EIS business capabilities and supporting policy lifecycle processes across underwriting, billing and policy servicing.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom solutions within EIS PolicyCore v12
• Build Java-based integrations between EIS and enterprise applications
• Implement and support event-driven processing using EIS Application Events
• Build REST APIs and service integrations
• Translate business requirements into technical designs
• Perform troubleshooting of production issues and root cause analysis
• Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions
• Support application releases and production deployments
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams and Product Owners

Requirements

• 5-9 years of experience in software development
• Proficiency in Java Java-based integrations and REST API development
• Expertise in EIS PolicyCore v12 platform including policy administration functionality and business services
• Knowledge of event-driven processing using EIS Application Events and batch processing
• Understanding of core insurance workflows across underwriting billing and policy servicing
• Skills in translating business requirements into technical designs
• Background in troubleshooting production issues and performing root cause analysis
• Familiarity with collaborating across Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams and Product Owners
