Role Performance Marketing Analyst


Location- Hyderabad


Experience Overall 10 years of experience 5 years of experience in Performance Marketing


Role Purpose


This is a handson role responsible for planning executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across key eCommerce retailer platforms The role partners closely with commercial and marketing teams to deliver measurable growth through datadriven digital campaigns across marketplaces and retail media networks


Key Responsibilities


Independently plan manage execute and optimized performance marketing campaigns across Amazon Walmart Woolworths Coles Instacart and similar platforms


Handle large budgets at least INR 1 Cr monthly budget and drive strategic decisions


Manage retail media campaigns via Criteo and CitrusAd platforms


Conduct campaign forecasting budgeting and KPI planning


Perform keyword research bidding strategies and ad optimization


Monitor campaign performance and optimize towards ROAS CPC CTR and revenue targets


Develop test learn strategies to improve campaign performance


Prepare reports presentations and campaign analysis dashboards and present insights to stakeholders


Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Sales Analytics and eCommerce teams


Stay updated with retail media trends and platform innovations


Work directly with international stakeholders AustraliaCanada markets


Required Skills Experience


5 years of experience in performance marketing


Handson experience with Amazon Ads Walmart Connect or similar retail media platforms


Hands on experience in Criteo and CitrusAd is mandatory


Strong background in Ecommerce Quick Commerce


Strong understanding of PPC CPC CPM campaign models


Experience managing campaigns across global markets Australia Canada preferred for both existing products and new launch products


Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights and actions from data


Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools


Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong problemsolving and execution skills


Selfstarter with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
