Senior Specialist - SAP-ABAP HANA

Job Description

As a Senior Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and delivering SAP technical solutions. Your expertise in SAP ABAP and S/4HANA will be leveraged to lead implementation, migration, and support projects. This role requires strong leadership skills to guide and collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders, ensuring successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of SAP ABAP developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Design and develop SAP technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business analysts to understand project scope and objectives.
• Drive the implementation, rollout, and migration of SAP S/4HANA projects.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, contributing to the company's technical roadmap.
• Document and maintain technical specifications and project deliverables.
• Ensure effective communication and knowledge transfer within the team and with stakeholders.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development and implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its technical architecture.
• Proven track record of leading and delivering successful SAP projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in ABAP programming, including OOPs concepts.
• Experience with SAP HANA database and its integration with SAP systems.
• Understanding of UI technologies like Fiori and SAPUI5 is preferred.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
