Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) to lead and execute large-scale hiring initiatives for Non-Technical and Voice Process (BPO/Customer Support) positions. The incumbent will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, with a strong focus on walk-in drives, bulk hiring, stakeholder management, and candidate experience.
The ideal candidate should have significant experience in volume hiring environments, possess excellent stakeholder management skills, and demonstrate flexibility to support recruitment events during weekends based on business requirements.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Any graduation
- 5–9 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
- Proven experience in bulk/volume hiring for Non-Tech, Customer Support, Contact Center, BPO, Voice Process, or Operations roles.
- Demonstrated success in planning and executing large-scale walk-in recruitment drives.
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate engagement abilities.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment portals.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring demands simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end recruitment for Non-Technical and Voice Process/BPO roles.
- Plan, organize, and execute walk-in hiring drives to meet volume hiring targets.
- Partner closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and hiring forecasts.
- Manage high-volume candidate pipelines through various sourcing channels, including job portals, referrals, social media, vendor partnerships, and walk-ins.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress, pipeline health, and conversion ratios.
- Coordinate hiring events, assessment drives, interview scheduling, offer rollouts, and onboarding activities.
- Build and maintain talent pools to support ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Drive recruitment process compliance and adherence to organizational hiring standards.
- Collaborate with external vendors, consultants, and placement agencies to support hiring objectives.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate conversion.
Preferred Skills
- Expertise in BPO/Contact Center hiring practices and talent market trends.
- Experience handling hiring targets in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Ability to build sourcing strategies for mass hiring requirements.
- Strong organizational and event management skills.
