What you’ll be doing

• Drive the design, configuration and delivery of complex workflow and automation solutions for global customers.
• Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, high-quality implementations.
• Establish technical standards and review solution designs to ensure consistency and finest practice.
• Drive quality through robust testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and continuous process improvement.
• Mentor and coach Technical Implementation Specialists while assisting onboarding and capability development.
• Act as the technical escalation point, resolving composite implementation challenges across projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve tools, processes and customer outcomes.
• Build reusable documentation, playbooks and knowledge resources that improve delivery quality and efficiency.
  
  

Essential

What we’re looking for

• Experience delivering complex technical implementations
• Workflow configuration or automation platform expertise
• Salesforce, Smartsheet or similar platform experience
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication
  
  

Desirable

• Experience mentoring or coaching colleagues
• Solutions consulting or implementation background
• Continuous improvement and automation mindset
• Experience assisting multiple concurrent projects
