Job Description :


We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead cross-functional technical programs from planning through execution and delivery. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience managing large-scale software development projects in Agile environments.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead end-to-end execution of multiple technical programs and projects.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, QA, DevOps, Security, and Business teams.
  • Drive Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
  • Manage dependencies across multiple teams and business units.
  • Monitor program health using KPIs, dashboards, and project metrics.
  • Facilitate executive-level status reporting and stakeholder communication.
  • Coordinate software releases and ensure timely delivery.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance engineering productivity.
  • Ensure adherence to SDLC, governance, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Support resource planning, budgeting, and capacity management.
  • Resolve blockers and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, and program artifacts.
