Position Title: Senior Territory Manager - OHRV

Location: Based out of Cincinnati, OH

Territory: Accounts located primarily throughout the Ohio River Valley

Primary Job Focus: Key customer relationships (management, sales, and maintenance personnel), first-line technical and customer support, and source of trust and education to all customers


Krete Industries is looking for an experienced B2B Accounts Manager ready to serve an established territory with key accounts throughout the Ohio River Valley. Ideally, this Senior Territory Manager will have prior experience in admixture, chemicals, or construction materials and a proven record of delivering customer solutions and maintaining relationships.


This role requires strong sales ability, the ability to build relationships, troubleshooting field and production issues, maintaining sales funnels/using CRM, and delivering value-driven solutions. The Senior Territory Manager will work closely with customers, Krete production, applications lab, sales mentors, and leadership to ensure customer success and provide the high-quality solutions Krete is known for.

Tasks:

Travel extensively throughout territory to support current customer success

Conduct regular customer visits and plant trials

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute admixture trials
  • Collect trial data and collaborate with technical team
  • Educate plant personnel on concrete technology and best practices
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of interactions, opportunities, and project activity in CRM
  • Develop and manage a sales/services pipeline
  • Serve as a trusted technical resource for customers throughout territory

  • Field troubleshooting

Calibrate and service dispensers and dispensing systems


Responsibilities:

Maintain existing customer base and portfolio in territory

Troubleshoot customer issues

Relay information to lab

Detailed record-keeping

Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles
  • Valid Driver’s License


Preferred:

  • BSc in Chemistry or relevant field
  • Advanced CRM user
  • Experience in concrete admixture or equipment sale
