AKIDEV Corporation is hiring an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter with strong expertise in end-to-end US IT staffing, sourcing, and client management.

• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle
• Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, and other job portals
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, communication, visa, and client requirements
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely submissions and closures
• Build strong relationships with candidates, vendors, and hiring managers

• 3+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment
• Strong understanding of H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, TN, and EAD visas
• Good knowledge of W2 & C2C hiring models
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and job portals
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working in Night Shifts

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field
• Experience handling Direct Clients / MSP requirements
