Job Description

We are seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Liquidity Regulatory Reporting Production Manager (EMEA), to join our Finance / Corporate Controllers Regulatory Reporting team. This role is located in Pune.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

This SVP role builds on the existing Vice President Liquidity Regulatory Reporting Production Accountant responsibilities and adds senior ownership for resiliency, controls, policy interpretation, stakeholder governance, and transformation across EMEA Liquidity reporting.

  • Own senior oversight of entity-level EMEA Liquidity regulatory reporting, including daily LCR and NSFR, monthly LCR, ALMM templates, and PRA110 backup, ensuring timely, accurate, well-controlled production and review.
  • Provide end-to-end leadership across daily liquidity monitoring, monthly regulatory templates, report-owner engagement, governance packs, attestation evidence, and regulatory-ready documentation.
  • Operate as the senior escalation point for report interpretation, production challenges, data-quality issues, resubmissions, control exceptions, audit observations, and regulator or senior stakeholder questions.
  • Strengthen the control environment by designing, implementing, evidencing, and continuously improving controls, including UDT governance, checklist quality, reviewer challenge, and control elimination where automation or process redesign makes manual controls redundant.
  • Lead policy and interpretation connectivity for Liquidity reporting by partnering with Regulatory Policy, Treasury, Risk, Finance Controllers, and onshore report owners on LCR, NSFR, ALMM, PRA110, ILAAP, RRP, SSM, FFT, and related liquidity-reporting matters.
  • Drive resiliency across the team by reducing single-point dependency, building a stronger bench of trained preparers/reviewers, maintaining playbooks and cross-training plans, and ensuring continuity during leave, attrition, regulatory change, or peak production periods.
  • Lead transformation and digitization of Liquidity reporting, including process mining, playbooks, UDT analyzer opportunities, Power BI / dashboard usage, workflow simplification, and automation of manual adjustments, reconciliations, and variance commentary where appropriate.
  • Partner with Technology, data teams, and change forums to remediate upstream data issues, reduce manual workarounds, prioritize JIRAs, and support strategic platform adoption while preserving reporting control and auditability.
  • Support new Treasury products, BSM / CIO product developments, legal-entity changes, and evolving regulatory requirements by assessing reporting implications and ensuring changes are operationalized in production processes.
  • Develop and mentor VP and below-VP talent, setting clear ownership, review standards, knowledge-sharing expectations, career development goals, and a constructive risk-and-controls mindset.

To be successful in this role, we are seeking the following

  • Extensive experience in Liquidity regulatory reporting, financial reporting, regulatory production, Treasury reporting, or a closely related Controllers / Finance function within a large financial institution.
  • Strong working knowledge of LCR, NSFR, ALMM, PRA110, liquidity stress / monitoring concepts, and end-to-end regulatory reporting controls.
  • Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into practical reporting, controls, documentation, data, and operating-model requirements.
  • Proven experience managing senior stakeholders across Finance, Treasury, Risk, Regulatory Policy, Technology, audit, and onshore / offshore production teams.
  • Strong controls mindset, including experience with audit evidence, issue remediation, data quality, manual adjustment governance, reconciliations, procedures, and reviewer challenge.
  • Transformation orientation, with experience improving manual processes through automation, workflow redesign, dashboards, process mining, or strategic data/platform initiatives.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize technical regulatory matters for senior management in a balanced, risk-aware, and decision-ready manner.
  • People leadership experience, including coaching, cross-training, capacity planning, capability uplift, and management of high-pressure reporting cycles.
  • This SVP role is required to stabilize a critical EMEA Liquidity production function that covers daily and monthly regulatory liquidity reporting, while adding senior ownership for policy interpretation, control design, UDT governance, automation, and resilience-building across a materially stretched team.
  • The role is not only a production backfill; it is a capability and control uplift designed to reduce delivery risk, single-point dependency, and manual-control fragility while enabling sustainable transformation of Liquidity reporting.
  • The SVP will provide the senior SME capacity needed to absorb regulatory change, product development, data-quality remediation, and report-owner support without compromising BAU submissions or reviewer quality.
