Senior Video Editor

Role Description The Senior Video Editor will lead the end-to-end post-production process for a range of B2B video content, including brand films, explainer videos, interviews, product demos, and thought leadership pieces. This full-time, on-site role is based in New Delhi and involves close collaboration with content strategists, writers, and designers to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visual narratives. Day-to-day responsibilities include assembling raw footage, refining story structure, performing advanced edits, applying color grading, and integrating motion graphics and visual elements. The Senior Video Editor will manage multiple projects, maintain consistent brand standards, optimize content for different platforms, and provide creative direction and feedback to junior editors or freelancers as needed.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have proficiency with professional editing and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or similar tools).
• Candidates should demonstrate strong storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and an understanding of pacing, sound design, and visual composition.
• Candidates should be able to collaborate in an on-site environment, manage deadlines, and communicate effectively with creative and client-facing teams.
• 5-7 years of experience in video editing or post-production, ideally with B2B or corporate content, and a portfolio showcasing relevant work are highly beneficial.
• A degree or formal training in film, media, visual communication, or a related field is preferred but equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
