Senior Visa Consultant – Outbound Travel (Immediate Joiners Preferred)

We are looking for a Senior Visa Consultant who can independently handle visa operations and take ownership of complex cases.

This role requires strong hands-on experience, practical decision-making, and the ability to manage both volume and accuracy without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complex and high-value visa applications end-to-end.
• Manage escalations, reapplications, and rejected cases
• Guide clients on documentation and overall visa approach.
• Coordinate with VFS, BLS, and embassy processes.
• Support junior team members and ensure smooth workflows.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy, compliance, and timelines.

Mandatory Requirements

• 4-5+ years of experience in visa processing.
• Strong exposure to USA (Dropbox), UK, Schengen, Canada, Australia / New Zealand.
• Experience handling rejections and complex profiles.
• Good understanding of both e-visas and stamped visa processes.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership

Visa Exposure (Good to Have)

Dubai, Singapore, Vietnam, Japan, Turkey, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Kenya and similar outbound destinations
