We are looking for a Senior WordPress Developer who can independently build and manage modern, high-performance websites with strong visual sensibility, clean execution, and deep ownership. The ideal candidate understands that modern web experiences are not just functional — they are fast, minimal, immersive, and thoughtfully designed.

This role is best suited for someone who has already independently handled advanced WordPress projects end-to-end and now wants to evolve into deeper systems, infrastructure, and software-driven web engineering.

What You’ll Work On

• Build and maintain modern WordPress websites with a refined minimalistic design language
• Develop custom themes, components, templates, and backend functionality
• Independently manage full website lifecycles — from setup to deployment and optimization
• Create responsive, performance-focused interfaces with strong UX thinking
• Work closely across content, brand, growth, and technology functions
• Manage SEO foundations, Core Web Vitals, structured metadata, analytics, and tracking systems
• Maintain uptime, security, backups, and deployment workflows
• Use Generative AI tools effectively for assisted content generation, page structuring, research, and workflow acceleration
• Contribute to evolving web infrastructure across hosting environments, VPS deployments, and future software stack integrations
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Strong independent experience building advanced WordPress websites
• Excellent visual and design judgment with a modern aesthetic sensibility
• Ability to create websites that feel polished, minimal, contemporary, and globally competitive
• Strong understanding of PHP, WordPress architecture, MySQL, Gutenberg, APIs, and custom development workflows
• Experience with Elementor, Bricks, Figma, SCSS/CSS systems, responsive design, and performance optimization
• Familiarity with Git, staging environments, deployment pipelines, caching, and server management
• Comfortable working across both front-end experience and backend systems
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in an early-stage startup environment
• Well-versed with modern Gen AI workflows and productivity tooling
