Service Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer relations, negotiation skills, and techno-commercial knowledge. The role will involve generating revenue by selling labour & spare parts to service customer & providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.

Chennai - Mount Road, Guindy Industrial Estate, Medavakkam, Perungudi, Sholinganallur

Responsibilities

• Achieving monthly labour & Spare parts Sales Target.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
• Negotiate with customers to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history.
• Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Stay up to date with new technologies and products to provide informed advice to customers.
• Conduct regular reviews with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  
  

Requirements

• 2-8 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automobile industry.
• Strong customer relations and negotiation skills.
• Excellent techno-commercial knowledge and understanding of automobile products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
