Position: Service Engineer/ Maintenance Engineer

Qualification: Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering

Experience: 1–3 Years

Location: Thane

Roles & Responsibilities:

Perform site installation and commissioning of equipment as per customer requirements and manufacturer specifications.
Diagnose technical issues reported by customers through phone, email, or ticketing systems, and provide remote troubleshooting and guidance. Coordinate service visits and customer appointments efficiently.
Perform equipment upgrades, AMC activities, preventive maintenance, periodic servicing, revamp and refurbishment. Test equipment functionality and performance after repairs, servicing, or installations.
Provide customer training and technical support on equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Prepare service documentation, follow up on orders and calibration activities, and support sales coordination.
