Job Purpose
To provide technical expertise and sales support to internal sales teams, channel partners, and customers, ensuring effective solution positioning, issue resolution, and maximization of product and service value throughout the sales cycle.

Job Purpose
To provide technical expertise and sales support to internal sales teams, channel partners, and customers, ensuring effective solution positioning, issue resolution, and maximization of product and service value throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to sales representatives, resellers, distributors, and customers during the pre-sales and sales process.
- Deliver on-site and multi-site technical support, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution validation.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions aligned with business needs.
- Resolve technical product and service-related issues in coordination with internal teams such as service, engineering, and operations.
- Support proposal development by contributing technical specifications, solution documentation, and feasibility assessments.
- Assist customers in deriving maximum value from products and services by clarifying technical features, benefits, and applications.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth handover from pre-sales to post-sales/service teams.
- Maintain updated knowledge of products, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
- Provide regular technical feedback from the field to product management and service teams.
- Operate within the Technical Sales Support function as a generalist or across multiple disciplines, as required by business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Discipline, or related field.
- Relevant experience in Technical Sales Support, Pre-Sales, or Application Engineering.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to translate complex concepts into customer-friendly solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for on-site customer support as required.
