Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Service Engineer role based in all India locations. The Service Engineer will perform installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial work platforms and material handling equipment at customer locations and company facilities. Responsibilities include conducting routine inspections, diagnosing faults, performing mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and ensuring equipment meets safety and performance standards. The role involves providing technical support and product demonstrations to customers, documenting service activities, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of service requests. The Service Engineer will also support preventive maintenance schedules, maintain tools and spare parts inventories, and adhere to all safety and compliance procedures on-site.

Qualifications

  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems.
  • Field service experience, including on-site equipment commissioning, service visits, and customer support.
  • Technical support capabilities, including guiding customers on safe operation and basic maintenance of equipment.
  • Hands-on maintenance and repair skills for lifts, scaffolds, and related material handling equipment.
  • Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering field, or equivalent technical training.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and best practices related to industrial equipment and work-at-height solutions.
  • Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and handle multiple service assignments.
  • Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
  • Prior experience with aerial work platforms, material handling equipment, or construction equipment is an advantage.
